Welcome to the Beyond Crew’s Terms and Conditions!! Here lies our outline for our rules and regulations for services at Paintbrush ‘N’ Beyond.

By booking or attending an event with Paintbrush ‘N’ Beyond, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions. Terms and conditions are subject to change or be revised.

Section 1 - General Policies

By booking or attending, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with painting and/or alcohol consumption and accept full responsibility for your participation

By attending, you grant Paintbrush ‘N’ Beyond permission to photograph and/or record you for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing before the event

Paintbrush ‘N’ Beyond will not be held liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss during any event

Section 2 - Public Event Alcohol & Safety

BYOB Policy: Guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ and drink responsibly. Parents are prohibited from giving their children or their friends children alcohol.

Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. Guests are responsible for supervising minors at all times

If you arrive with a child and alcohol, you must ensure a safe transportation plan before leaving

Drinks may be temporarily confiscated and returned at departure if guest safety is in question

Paintbrush ‘N’ Beyond is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damage that result from alcohol consumption before, during, or after the event

Section 3 - Private Event Liability (Homes, Venues, or Office Space)

Paintbrush ‘N’ Beyond takes great care to protect surfaces and property. However, if paint, water, or other materials cause stains or damage, the host assumes full responsibility for cleaning or repair costs

We recommend hosts provide protective coverings for surfaces and floors before setup

Paintbrush ‘N’ Beyond is not liable for accidental damage to property, furniture, or decor during setup, instruction, or cleanup

Section 4 - Event Duration

Public Events are 1.5 -2 hours of painting

Private Events are 2-3 hours, which includes painting, setup, and cleanup. Additional time beyond the agreed event end time will be billed at $100 per hour

Section 5 - Private Events Booking & Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event, as well as the total number of guests attending the event

All bookings are subject to a minimum guest count of 8 guests

Section 6 - Cancellations & Rescheduling

Public Events are non-refundable but can be rescheduled

Private Event deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future event if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the event date. Cancellations after the 7 days will forfeit the full payment.

If Paintbrush ‘N’ Beyond must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, weather, venue complications), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

Section 7 - Acceptance of Terms

By paying your deposit or purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
